I routinely need to email legal documents and the question that historically came up was “How do I ensure the document isn’t altered?”
The answer was and remains to send the documents as a PDF (Portable Document Format), a document exchange technology created by Adobe about 17 years ago. But how do you convert a file into PDF? PDF995 is my product of choice; it’s free and very easy to use.
Once installed you just print the file and select PDF995 from the list of available ‘printers’
That’s it! Simplicity itself (I love simple things).
